Settlement payments began distributing on August 14, 2023.  If you are located outside the United States it may take longer than two weeks to receive a payment via mail. 

If you are a member of the Senne v. Office of the Commissioner of Baseball class action settlement and eligible for a benefit that has not yet been received, the Administrator will work with you to get your settlement payment to you.   

Please review the below options and follow the instructions to receive a replacement payment. 

1.  If you were to receive your benefit via an electronic payment option (PayPal, Zelle or Venmo) and the electronic payment option was not successful, you can request a replacement electronic payment or payment by check.  It will be 30 days from the date the payment was initiated before those funds are available for another payment option.  
2. If you were mailed a check and have not yet received it, this check can be reissued or you can request an replacement electronic payment by PayPal.  However, once the replacement payment is requested, the original check will no longer be valid and cannot be cashed.  You will need to wait until the replacement check or electronic payment is received. 

Replacement Electronic Payment by PayPal

To request a replacement payment by PayPal, please send an email to help@baseballplayerwagecase.com and provide the following:

• Full Name,
• Current Mailing Address,
• Previous Mailing Address (if applicable),
• Notice ID, if known,
• Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and
• PayPal Account Email Address.

Important Note for PayPal Requests:  While PayPal is a payment option, there are certain limitations including where the money can be sent.  Please review the PayPal site, www.paypal.com, to determine if your payment request can be completed through PayPal.  

Replacement Check

To request a replacement payment by check, please send an email to info@baseballplayerwagecase.com and provide the following:

• Full Name,
• Current Mailing Address,
• Previous Mailing Address (if applicable),
• Notice ID, if known, and
• Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
